Stefania focuses on negotiation and change management coaching. Stefania has extensive management and business background combined with a focus on the psychological aspects of management.

Her management experience within the family-owned Mamor Group, active in manufacturing, led to the Group’s successful international development and exponential growth. After the acquisition of the multinational Mauser Group from a private equity fund in 2004, she joined the Executive Committee and operated as VP Global Sales & Marketing Director. She managed M&A, resulting in tripling the Group’s size, increasing product portfolio and geographical presence. She also managed post-merger reorganizations, integration, change management, expatriation, recruitment projects and training of new teams.

In 2007 she obtained the Executive MBA at INSEAD, followed by training in coaching with ICF and certification in some of the most used leadership development psychometric tools. In 2010 she attended the Consulting and Coaching for Change program at INSEAD and obtained a Master in Clinical Approaches to Management. Currently, Stefania has established an executive coaching and leadership development practice, working with large international companies and SMEs, on individual, team and leadership development coaching programs.
