Assisted a CEO in managing a hostile takeover by the main global competitor. We helped map, analyze the interests and define strategies to address key parties, including coordinated communication. Results were improved relationships with all parties and significant shareholder value creation: final takeover price went up by almost 50% vs. initial offer.
 
Helped the country director negotiate a labor deal during an industry crisis.
