• Training mediators and negotiators in both sides of the Angola civil war
• Facilitating sports development in Timor-Leste and Afghanistan
• Researching and writing on breakthrough negotiation and mediation topics
• Devoting time to disseminating negotiation and mediation theories in educational institutions
• Coaching entrepreneurs in critical startup negotiations and mediating partnership disputes
• Mediating community disputes in underprivileged neighborhoods
