Charisshir was previously the Business Operations Manager at Pluris, before becoming Pluris’s Corporate Governance Director.

She has almost three decades of working experience in industries ranging from banking, education and healthcare to judiciary, military and social service. Her work includes developing Total Training systems; Human Resource administration and management; Strategic planning; Office, Event and Project management.

Charisshir has facilitated sessions with participants including Foreign Military Dignitaries from Australia, Britain, China, France, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Pakistan, Philippines, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Vietnam, etc., apart from local Singapore organizations. She was one of three workshop speakers at the National Youth Council’s 2007 Mentoring Conference as the Key Administrator of a non-profit Mentoring organization. Charisshir was also Assistant Director of Training at the Singapore Subordinate Courts, and earlier the Learning & Development Manager for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank’s Regional Learning Centre. Prior to that, she managed training and standard operations at the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s institution for instructing pilots, air traffic controllers, technicians and air defence artillery officers.

Charisshir graduated in Psychology and in Sociology at The University of Calgary, Canada. In addition, she has certifications in Child Development & Education, HR Development & Management, Organisation Development, Customer Service and Quality Excellence. She is a certified behavioural consultant with psychometric tool using DiSC® and is also trained in the People Developer Standards (Auditor), Business Excellence, ISO 9000 standards, Singapore Innovation Class, Singapore Quality Awards Certifications and GEMS (Go the Extra Mile Service).
