Saruul Khatanbaatar is a Negotiation Consultant at Pluris, providing negotiation training, facilitation and consulting to diverse clients and audiences.

She is also Commercial Director of Aeromongolia, in charge of critical negotiations, as well as Team Lead at Equity Lab social enterprise (funded by the NUS Resilience and Growth Challenge), aimed to ensure social mobility for underprivileged youth in emerging countries such as Mongolia.

Saruul is a Master in Public Policy alumna of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) in Singapore. During her time at LKYSPP, she facilitated live negotiation workshops for the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and worked as Teaching Assistant with Nuno Delicado on the Value-Focused Negotiations module.

She has delivered a series of online negotiation workshops and master classes for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s KAS Academy, with young politicians participating from all over Asia. She has also facilitated workshops for the Supreme Court of Mongolia on “Development Policy Planning in Public Sector”, and on “Innovation in the Public Sector” in cooperation with the Harvard Kennedy School’s Ash Center Innovation Field Lab.

Saruul was previously a project coordinator at the Ministry of Road and Transport Development of Mongolia, where she coordinated the new international airport management project negotiation between the Government of Mongolia and the Japanese consortium.

She graduated in Aviation Engineering from Brunel University London, and has public and private sector experience in diverse industries such as mining, aviation, transportation, policy making and education.
